What are good products/ways to get rid of acne that's possibly stress related?

by slopjop My steph niece just started high school and with that her acne has gotten worse, so we think that it could be stress related.I told my brother that I would look into and see if I could find a product.It's not that bad, but she is very into her image and wants clearer skin.What are some of the most effective over the counter products for her?

Neutrogena has acne stress free line.The products is made for acne caused by stress.The products workers deep down into the pore to clear the acne.Plus alot of the products are oil-free.

Lavender essential oil and a hot pack.The oil is not only the best aromatherapy remedy for stress, but it's wonderful for reducing the swelling and irritation of zits.The hot pack is also good for stress relief, but it also has been proven to kill the bacteria that occupies that zit.
I also use comfrey in a salve.Comfrey is drying and has drawing properties without the harsh irritants in regular "zit" cream.Stear clear of super drying cleansers and creams.If the zits are stress related, they won't do much good anyway!

Pro-Active is the best skin care product that you can get.Although you have to order it.
Next best thing is Clique, although that's pretty expensive it is effective.You can get it at places such as Macy's or Gottschalks.Any big Department store that has a big make-up and perfume section.
Also if she wears a lot of make-up natural make-up such as Bare Essentials is a lot better for the skin then regular make-up.Down-side is you have to order it.
